This summer, join us to tour around the city with an exciting experience of chidlren musical theatre!  Presented by HKCMT, A Big Melon's Tour of Hong Kong, the Musical《大冬瓜唱遊香港》will be performed on August 19-21 at the Kwai Tsing Theatre. Over 200 young CMT members will take lead in the performance to give the audience and their families a memorable theatre experience.  The story is about a children's journey travelling around the city in search of his lost friends, eventually touched the warmth experience of local human touch, tradition and its history. To encourage children's imagination of our city, we are inviting kindergarten and primary school students to join this competition with their creative ideas for designing the waterfront promenade.  An illustration of waterfront scenery will be provided as the creation background. 本團一直為兒童及青少年的成長提供具啟發性的音樂劇藝術元素。本年度週年音樂劇《大冬瓜唱遊香港》將於8月舉行，並以「遊歷香港」為主題！為鼓勵兒童關心社區，本團特別與「綠腳丫親子讀書會」合辦「大冬瓜．香港遊 兒童創作比賽」，讓同學發揮公民意識，創作理想中的海濱長廊面貌，呈現城市發展中孩子的獨特想像。比賽共分幼兒、初小與高小組，得獎作品更有機會於演出場地公開展示，另設「最踴躍參與學校獎」。現誠邀公眾報名參加，一同尋找香港美麗風景。 早前，尖沙咀海濱長廊活化計劃備受市民關注，為讓兒童從日常生活中培養關心社會的意識，是次比賽特以此為創作主題，並運用繪本《香港遊》其中描繪維港景色的插畫為基礎，讓同學以填色、繪畫、貼圖等方式盡情發揮，以小小設計師角度規劃出屬於大眾的城市空間。 截止報名日期：2016年7月18日 報名表格下載：https://goo.gl/yvmPV7 或 https://goo.gl/VK11d 協辦：綠腳丫親子讀書會
