Early Bird Discount

1. Early Bird Discounts are only valid for applications (submission of the application form and course fee) on or before 15 June 2019.
2. Early Bird Discounts are available when 1 (or more) person(s) enrolling in 2 or more courses at the same time; OR 2 or more persons applying for courses at the same time.

Application Procedures

1. Submission of Application:
   By Post: Fill in the application form at the back of the booklet (also available at www.cmt.org.hk) and mail it to CMT Tin Hau Headquarters with a cheque payable to "The Hong Kong Children's Musical Theatre Limited".
   In Person: Visit and register at Tin Hau Headquarters or Prince Edward Centre. (Payment can be made by cash or cheque only)
2. Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis (priority based on the date of receiving both the application form and the course fee)
3. HKCMT shall send the “Enrollment Confirmation Notice” to applicants via email. If you do not receive such notice 1 week before the starting date of the course, please call 2566 6677 for enquiry.
4. If the application is rejected due to course cancellation, full or insufficient enrollments, HKCMT shall inform applicants in 1 to 2 weeks prior to the starting date of the course and arrange refunds.

Terms and Conditions

1. No make-up class or refund will be arranged for students missing classes due to sickness or personal reasons.
2. Paid fees are not refundable. Course fees and places are non-transferable in any circumstances.
3. HKCMT may arrange photo-taking or video recording during lessons for promotional or other purposes. The copyright of such photos and videos will be owned by HKCMT.
4. Bad Weather Arrangements:
   If a Signal No. 3 or Red Rainstorm Warning is hoisted, the lesson will continue as usual. Parents may decide whether the students attend the classes according to the actual situation.
   If a Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted or announcement is made by the Hong Kong Observatory that a Signal No. 8 or above is likely to be hoisted within the next two hours before the start of the lesson, the lesson will be cancelled and no refunds or make-up classes will be arranged.
5. HKCMT reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
